Just read the ESPN recap...It said that Wayland counted the game as an exhibition???

I was embarrassed that we were playing such a team. It gives us nothing but a little exercise. We seem to always play on the level of the competition. Season tickets are probably gone for me in the future if this is what I am paying for. We looked a lot better against Lamar. Most of us are ready for the new coach to come in and get things off the ground. Go Mustangs!

that is obviously the paid attendance, including season tickets. What that tells us is that even some of the 1500 are starting to give up on SMU hoops
