So this DUI Defense attorney has it wrong on his web site?
Cool...I was unaware you could order a Makers with breakfast at 8AM!

DFW TGIF definitely served me whiskey before 10 am a few months ago. Great way to get on a plane to go to Hawai'i.

That attorney must not be an SMU grad!
You're right....7AM
HOURS OF SALE AND CONSUMPTION
What are the legal hours of sale/service of alcoholic beverages?
ON-PREMISE LICENSE OR PERMIT (E.G. BAR OR RESTAURANT)
Monday-Friday: 7am-midnight
Saturday: 7am-1am
Sunday: Noon to midnight. (10am-noon only in conjunction with the service of food)
If the establishment is in a city or county legal for late hours, and they have a late hours permit, they can sell alcohol for on-premise consumption until 2am any night of the week.

Any chance you could leave the TV sound turned down during the game?
Some people like the sound turned up, but I'm in the other camp.
My feeling is, if you have to hang on every word the announcers say to follow the game, you really should watch at home instead of a crowded, noisy sports bar. Or bring a radio with headphones - you'll get much better analysis with Rich and Hampton than the TV drones. When the place is packed, it's so loud you can't hear what the announcers are saying anyway. It's just headache-inducing noise pollution.
I know you'll get complaints either way - with the sound up or down. But I just wanted to register my vote.

For the US-England World Cup game, I got to the bar at 6:45, and was drinking Bloody Mary's by 8. Drank until 5 that day...wowzer a long day it was.
