Do not know how long they will take for your type of deal. I have home buyers waiting over 6 months to hear on short sales.

it's existence does not mean it's good enough...don't we have some programmers on here? cant they snipe some cools pics from the BLVD and the games, and throw some nice montage music behind it?

how about an interactive one where you can pay players and find out how creative you have to be to get them to committ.
