I'm just trying to shoehorn in an Airplane reference.
My wife is a teacher. She's currently pursuing a phd in child development. She is not in a union nor has she ever been - god bless private schools. Don't think any of the above applies to her.

I am a retired teacher. Taught in Texas my whole career. The teachers in Wisconsin, New Jersey, California, etc are an embarrassment to the profession. To say they put the students first and then take fake sick days and use fake sick notes from sleazy doctors is pathetic. It's all about the money for most of them. I still have my health benefits through TRS and pay almost $500 a month into it for my wife and I. I have no problem with doing it. I paid into my retirement every month and when I retired I received 54% of the average of my 3 best years. No problem with that either.

If your program does not depend on taxes it is basically outside the original thought that led to the thread.

I think that anyone who reads this would congratulate you - and others - who give time and money as volunteers.
I mentioned it only to point out that I spend a lot of time with kids. Taking structured activities away, especially from "at risk" kids, is a disaster waiting to happen. Teenagers have never been know for their decision making prowess.

Huffington Post? Ha. You don't like him - beat him in an election. Pretty funny that Stallion is calling someone a smug [deleted] - talk about projection.

Come on Stallion. PPP is a democratic lapdog and you know it. Take their poll results with a grain of salt. They probably got their respondents from the union hall.

Freeloaders dont like it when you take the pig trough away. Fortunately, although they will answer a poll question if asked, they very rarely actually go vote, so I will guess the productive percentage of the citizens of Florida will re-elect mr Scott when the time comes.

Here's Creativeloafing (the blogs title says it all) headline: Oh, so NOW you want a re-vote? Florida voters say they now would prefer Alex Sink over Rick Scott by 19%

The problem is you can't go back in time, just like we can't get rid of the golfer in chief we have in the white house - Scott isn't up for four years, so talk to us in 2014.

Stallion, you need to keep your reading confined to rivals.
