Who knows with Jones? Remember he benched Justin Willis in favor of Bo Levi Mitchell. When I predicted that would happen everyone thought I was crazy and instead Jones proved he was.
I'd kill for a Nobel Peace Prize.

June Jones has taken us to back to back bowl games and has elevated the program. Yep. He is crazy.

I'm one of the biggest June Jones homers out there. But the man is certifiably crazy. Part of his charm.
I think we'll see Kyle start again this year. For sure next year.

Re: Is KP down for the year?
I think the answer lies strictly with Kyle. No question in my mind, June is trying to figure out how to press the right button without jeopardizing a win or Kyle's confidence long-term. Give him all the practice reps and put him in situations where a mistake will not cost us a game and therefore damage his confidence long term... The one thing that concerns me the most, is when does the offensive line begin to loose confidence in a qb that holds the ball too long or make mental mistakes.

Saying KP is done doesnt mean JJ McD is the answer. The fact that JJ is willing to go with McD in spite of his major flaws speaks volumes.
KP is done at SMU!
He will probably go to a smaller school and put up big numbers like BLM. How do we end this cycle. You want to have senior QB's but you can't sacrifice multiple years with a turnover machine.

Having an individual who claims to know all and can hand out his opinion as the complete truth without any other suggestion, i hope only played college football or coached it because he is the smartest person on here.
No, to the best of my knowledge, he has never played or coached college football. He is merely displaying his personality in all its glory when he posts his comments here, which is often as you can tell from his post count of over 22,000. Hang in here...you will get use to him as have the rest of us. Love him or hate him...he isn't going away.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Tom Brady's touchdown-to-interception ratio is 2.53, the best in NFL history. Brett Favre's was 1.56. Padron's is 1.91, including a 2.21 ratio last year.

Three things:
1. I'm a KP guy.
2. Everyone needs to play nice.
3. I am an SMU Football Guru

You get better qb recruits! Novel idea...

You have to care. It wouldn't be SMU with out a QB controversy.
