Yeah, a choice as in "we need one-two more schools and EVERY OTHER SCHOOL in the country had turned us down or is not available, so let's reach out to mighty FB powerhouse Rice, and then maybe, just maybe, let's take the little Ponies out of pity". At least that is how it reads to me. Personally, I don't think we are looking to be the last kid standing waiting to be picked in gym class. But your point is well taken, it is a mention nonetheless. Again, not the kind of mention that screams of solid support.

For the records, I've always been for Peruna and never wanted the geldings. Look it up.
