When Mizzou leaves, the Big 12 has very limited options if the Big East is really going to stick with the 27 month exit clause. It'll be BYU to get to 10 and then done. Louisville and West Virginia couldn't get into the Big 12 until the 2015 football season but the Big 12 needs to get to 10 right away so that they can keep their TV contract in place.

How watered down does the Big12 get before Texas again tries to flee for the PAC12?
TCU is going to be in for a ride. Will Big12 money be that much more than BE once contracts are renegotiated with Mizz and A&M missing? The schools they are adding are now where near comparable in numbers. They should just add BYU and lock in their teams. BYU has no where else to go, PAC12 and Big10 are not taking them. For BYU it's indy or Big12, unless BE wants to add another FB only team. WVU is the only other high value team left for them to try and get and WVU is a stretch distance wise and burns couches for fun.
BE teams flirting with the Big12 should wake up and see what a mess/house of cards it is and sign to stay in the BE.

I wonder how much it would cost the Big 12 in TV revenue money to have to play with 9 teams for 2 or 3 years? TCU, do you know?
