The University just built on campus practice facilities with an indoor facility a few years ago and also built an athletic study/tutor complex as well. So the only thing the program is missing is an on campus stadium.
Thanks for the info. What kind of tailgating will there be with this new stadium? Seems the stadiums designers and some other projects on campus are taking ques from new urbanism.

No secret UH has the worst stadium in C-USA. Love that they sell beer at their games, though. The beer makes the splinters hurt less but this introduces another problem .......I have to visit those prison yard bathrooms a little more often.
I'm the guy blocking your view on 3rd down and making your ears hurt.

Out of all the Big 12 teams, A&M and Baylor are my two favorite, hope one day (obviously not anytime soon) we can be in the same conference again.
If being in Waco is the only reason you didn't go to Waco, you have some problems.
How do I have problems? I didnt want to live in abandoned town. I didnt mean to offend Waco. I just didnt see myself going there and Waco was a big factors, geez calm down.

Well since Baylor has become more relaxed about alcohol the tailgate scene has started to gain steam the past couple of seasons and now there are waiting lists to get a tailgate spot. So after saying that, it is safe to say that there will plenty of tailgate space by the new stadium as well and I look for the laxed alcohol policy to continue to encourage more growth of a tailgate scene.
Here are two more renderings released that show the layout of the stadium and surrounding land better and you can see the football practice facilities on the campus side of the river with the stadium facing them.
Why does beer matter so much in the stands, i feel as if it would just cause our already drunken fans to be more idiotic then before. I guess I just had a horrible experience with drunkards with beer in their hands, and somehow half of it ends up spilled all over me. Im all for tailgate drinking, I enjoy watching people from a distance doing the stupidest crap.
You know it! Lots of drunken dancing that will lead to pre marital sex and bastardized children! Even myself as a Baylor alum has to laugh at how weird old baptists are.
