"Lack of institutional control". We got the death penalty for giving cash to kids. Penn State had people at the highest levels involved in the systematic cover-up of serial child rape. You tell me what was more egregious. Cleaning house is not enough. I hope the NCAA gets involved in sanctions in conjunction with the litany of legal entities that will evaporate their athletic department and administration. This will follow them for 40-50 years.
Penn State has MUCH bigger things in their plate than their next football coach. Think of the army if lawyers headed to Happy Valley wanting to take a healthy chink out of their coffers in civil court.
The pictures of the students rioting are amazing. What absolute morons. News vans being flipped over. People chanting against the board of trustees, the administration, and the media. How about the rapist and the coaches who covered it up?
