Typical way of BYU doing business.

This is an interesting additional issue that might have been properly discussed prior to negotiations; instead we get BOOM today!

Thanks LDS!

As far as the Big East and TV negotiations are concerned, don't forget that BYU still harbors extremely ill feelings toward NBC-Comcast due to the way the Cougars perceive they were treated by that network when they were members of the MWC.

NBC-Comcast is said to be very interested in landing the Big East TV contract when the bidding begins next year.

But I thought BYU preached peace love and forgiveness. What a bunch a-holes.

May they burn with the intensity of 1,000 suns.

They would change their tune if they bought some NBC-Universal stock. Just like the entire religion changed its stance on caffeine when they invested in Coke.

SDSU would also most likely bring the Poinsetta Bowl in San Diego-not a bad Bowl trip.

BYU does not play well with others. I'm tired of being left at the alter by these guys (see WAC 2.0).

If BYU wins all of their games they will be in the NAtional Championship picture. If they won of all of their games this year they would be in the talks. This year they played 2 Pac 12, 1 Big 12, 1 SEC, 1 MWC (Future Big12), 1 CUSA (future Big East) and five wac teams. Has anyone in CUSA or the Big East for that been able to say that. The Big East sagarin wise is below CUSA this year.

If they beat Ole Miss, TEXAS, Utah, Oregon State TCU, UCF and the scrubs (not that Hawaii is a scrub) they would 100% be in the National Title Talks.

Boise was in the discussion after beating ONE SEC team this year.

Dont kid yourselves. Losing this program sucks for the West Wing. They are most likely going to bring a 9 win team to Dallas to the AFB. Its a crud bowl and all but long term they can schedule whoever they want and get more than enough quality wins

^^This is a great reason^^

Im not sure how Superfriends will work if CUSA and MWC share tie ins but if the bowl goes its a huge blow to the Superfriends.

I never understood why Juarez State never brought the Sun Bowl to anything.

None of this will matter when SMU gets an invite to the Pac 12 or SEC
