we've averaged 5-6 non-qualifiers most years so I'm sure some would drop off due to academics-but I thought the NCAA passed new legislation putting a hard cap at 25 or 27-but even then you could roll mid term enrollees back or push some forward as greyshirt. Key point is that the numbers don't count until they show up on August 1

How are the numbers affected by JUCO's? None at all? Do they only count in terms of total players on scholarship?

They are counted as part of the total NCAA scholarships allowed.

Nobody "bailed". We are full at a certain defensive position that starts with L and ends with B. Therefore, this kid will save his official visits and I think likely he signs with Nebraska.
