Let me guess. He's 5' 8" and 160 lbs.

Is Reinebold the problem, as you define the problem? I thought you had him second behind Klemm in pulling the recruiting load here.

Um, according to Rivals, in the class that signed in February Klemm was responsible for 8 and Reinebold had 6. That doesn't seem that distant to me.

Can someone explain to me why there is ANY animosity toward Reinebold? He has proven to be a solid recruiter and is obviously spending a lot of time on the road trying to improve our team. Not to mention he is a very well respected person among the football community.

This hasn't been the most successful season, but Reinebold and the assistants do not deserve the blame. As much as I want to blame June, it is tough to do so

The #1 reason why our offense has sucked this year? McDermott. June trying to coach this guy up is like trying to polish a turd. He is simply not that talented and we don't have another adequate option at QB. Sure, we could have done a better job at recruiting, but we have 3 guys (Gilbert,Burcham, Pritz) coming in soon who look promising.

Our coaching staff is working hard and I have faith that the next 2-3 years will bring great results. Just leave Reinebold alone

Ok...

At the money the COC is spending, people need to be held accountable...

Im not the guy to do it, but the rational that you can't complain is ridiculous...

Some of these guys would be fired at a real job...

You are being pretty vague. Is there something you know that we don't? What else should Reinebold be doing? Why does he deserve to be fired?

I'm not saying he's perfect, but I don't understand why he would be fired. A college football coach is a "real" job. Is it very different than a desk job? Sure, but it is a real/challenging job nonetheless

I try to be as honest about the program as possible...

I want us to succeed and do well..

Sometimes I hear things that aren't good, sometimes i hear good things. I don't want to pick on people just to pick on them...

Fired based on what? Another winning season and bowl game after decades of futility? What was this team supposed to do? Go 8-4 or 9-3? And missing that is a firing offense? In what universe??

Complain all you want but that is not holding anyone accountable. If the COC is not happy they will be the ones to do something about it.

Agree 100%. Obviously we'd all love to be back-to-back CUSA champs etc, but we have come a long way from where we were.

Also, is the CoC paying all of the assistant coach's salaries on top of June's? I have no idea

Its not ok to me to do your job marginally even if you are barely above average success rate...

They are getting paid a lot of money and we should expect a full 110% effort...

In my eyes there is only 1 guy on the staff doing that...

You may like people to work half [deleted] but not for me..

Fiji43, I happen to believe that Nick knows a lot more than he feels he can divulge. Certainly more than 90% + of those who regularly post on this board.

Re: Jeff R or any coach out on the recruiting trail. Consider quantity vs quality. Consider position(s) of need. Priorities.

And a last final thought. Maybe you know or have known of someone with a unique skill set. The person that has perfected the art of 'looking busy.' I previously worked with one, the very best you could imagine. Had the boss fooled for quite some time.
