Patterson is certainly deserving of that kind of money with the success that TCU has maintained while their coach. Makes June look quite overpaid for a couple of barely over .500 seasons.

Never been there, have you? That place is gorgeous. There's a reason lots of rich and famous buy/build getaway homes up there. It's unbelievable.
