His recruits are why people love him.

We aren't going to be facing UAB and Memphis in conference anymore. The next coach has to understand the X's and O's and have a proven track record of getting the players to perform. Finding a good recruiter is easy.

Huh? Finding a good recruiter is easy? I can't find one on this staff, besides AK.
Is Mack Brown available yet?
Looking forward to moving on from Junes 3 and out offense.

I agree with you, but Klemm is the one legit recruiter we have. June has too many old guys on this staff who aren't out pounding the pavement for recruits like Klemm is. Hopefully the next staff has more recruiting talent.

X'S and O's are overrated for a head coach. The main job of a head coach is to surround himself with quality people and motivate them and the players, if you do this you are going to be successful in football and in life. Klemm can do that. X's and O's and play calling are for the control freaks like June and others.

Better get rid off jj then, one of worst x's o's clock management urgency coaches I have ever seen.
