Coaches and players need an embarrassing loss now and then to reinforce the notion that they are not that good or smart. Let's let the season play out before we get out the tar and feathers. I personally think that Doh may very well be the coach to lead us in the BE. He's coached there before at least and knows what the competition is like. We are not going to win in the BE by running and gunning, but by recruiting solid players and playing a controlled offense and defense within a sound system. So, let's see what happens the rest of this year and in CUSA. We ought to be competitive in conference this year.

I wished Jerry Tarkanian was about 30 years younger, and interested in SMU.

Umm blah. We've had 3 abysmal losses, 4 if you think its a joke we got blown out by a garbage CSU team. People are making the Jackson St game out to be some major loss, which it was, but the issue isn't one loss, or how it can be spun. The issue is that we haven't truly taken care of cupcakes in 6 years under Doh. Jackson St is just the latest example. I'm the first to see how the year plays out, and I'm certainly not quick on the trigger, but you can't lose those games, even if it serves as the world's greatest teaching tool

We need a new coach. Now that we're going to the BE, can't we get one of the top coaches who would love to play to play in the BE. If Baylor can get basketball recruits to Waco of all places, why can't we bring them to Dallas. Orsini needs to step up and do something.

Recruits aren't the issue. Gonna need over twice as much as Doh earns, to grab an elite guy, that's still not a guarantee

I am not saying Doh is not the right coach as I am not an expert when it comes to coaching but I really do not understand his method. In my own opinion, I hate how he makes so many substitutions. Last nights first half was really hard to watch. Once we got a rhythem on the floor he would yank the four guys and replace them. You cannot say he was doing this so we did not blow them out because they were only down by 6 or 7 at half. We also were performing full court press some of the game and half court almost the entire game. I am not sure what the answer is but I do feel we have some good talent. I am just not impressed with how they play. Unfortunately, I fell that falls on the coach. They should of been working on ball movement and working the paint instead of throwing up a three every other shot.
