Let's leave the (paranthetical) cheap shots out of this thread this week.

Are we talking work week? If so, by my count the cheap shots may resume in about 20 minutes. :)

72 hour moratorium on cheap shots, negative comments. Do all of you !%*€ Mustang fans understand?

10-2 K State or 10-2 Michigan...... Who's gonna sell more tickets and have more people watching on TV? This is business this ain't football You SMU grads KNOW business, if you win the BigEast at 8-4 next season you gonna cry foul about your BCS bid???????????? Nor is this the correct tread to argue about what it is. If you REALLY wanna argue about fair, you won't get any back from me either. I KNOW the score and I PERSONALLY would like a playoff even tough I'm a fan of a major brand "bad" good team. I want "fair" way more than you probably do.

Under the current system there are other teams that deserved the BCS games over Michigan and VT. Boise and K State are the first 2 that come to mind.

Agreed.

Let's make a resolution not to derail threads, and to keep them talking about supporting SMU.

Happy holidays, everyone.

And just in case it matters to anybody AT ALL and it shouldn't and my Grandma would be very upset for me showing some exhibitionist tendencies here mostly because I am a TERRIBLE Methodist ( a good Christian mind you) but a TERRIBLE Methodist.....I was Baptized as a Methodist in the same Methodist Church as My Mother in Saginaw, Michigan back in 1977. So let none of us forget the real reason for this season. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I don't think I could get away with that one on my Michigan Fan board totally but hopefully here I can say that clear as day. May God Bless all of you.
