Bama's 2nd biggest win of the season, the first being Arkansas, was Penn State. I'm not saying the SEC isn't good but they aren't the be all end all. How about some of those SEC schools play more than 1 team a year that can put up more than 24 on the board.
The SEC is the be all end all

That is why I visualize us in the Big 10++++++ in a few years from now. We can be the conduit for the Jimmies and Joes.

Some hints from a morning interview of Levine:
1. Houston will refocus recruiting efforts to Texas. Comment-the only other area UH recruited in was Louisiana (almost backyard) and Jason Phillips would usually be the Coach on Louisiana kids
2. Some Coach is flying in to interview for Coordinator position

Obviously JP is gone- but where? I wonder if JJ will announce his 'new hire' after the bowl game.
I would think that if the new person is going to be recruiting JJ would want him 'on the trail' prior to signing day.
GO PONIES!!! barbecue Pitt.

Not sure how highly the coaching staff rates Deiter, but his remark that the reason he choose SMU was due to his recruiting coach (JR) also being his position coach caught my eye. Could it be that they are waiting on Deiter to enroll, then name Phillips as receiver coach and move JR to runnig backs? I know that seems trivial but I cannot come up with other reasons for not naming a new coach if he is coming to us.

Or perhaps JJ just did not want any distractions before the bowl game.

Red -- I think that's probably the way this is going to go with the staff.

We are very busy with recruits right now. It is our busiest month. But he is on the agena and we will get to him in due time.

SMU generally abides by federal posting guidelines too-it always seems to take too long
