So, A&M doesn't seem too harsh. Lot of "possibilities", but nothing definite.

TCU should follow its school policy period. If they don't follow their policy NCAA can get involved. From what I've gathered after reading excerpts from about 70 school policies its not unsually leniant. Also no Coach in the country will or can discuss the medical related specifics of a student athlete whose records are covered by Federal privacy HIPAA regulations. BTW before an NCAA can drug test a Student Athlete they have to sign a HIPAA autorization/disclosure agreement. This is a lot easier question than some want to make it.
