If not Petrino offer Clemsons oc

Petrino is going to have offers from BCS programs after the season, the only way we lock him up is if the CoC backs up a Brinks truck (like highest paid HC in college football money) to his house in Fayetteville.

SMU tried that and it failed.

However Jim Sweater Vest is a proven winner and probably has been slapped back to reality.

I'm sure Turner would be aghast, but I would think he should be in consideration.

That crystal ball is very nice and shiny. I hope we get one someday, of course it's going to take a change in leadership to get that ball rolling.

The last thing we need at SMU is Tressel due to his background.

Perhaps June Jones needs to return that trip Briles made to his SMU practice. Baylor didn't seem to have a problem getting receivers running free into the end zone. Made it look pretty easy

Baylor receivers vs SMU's DBs and our smurfs vs their DBs was the most glaring example of the physical mismatch out there last night. Not sure whether Bennett has his guys headhunting by design, but it took our guys out of their game.

DJ's non-catch near the Baylor goal line at the end of the 1st half and his fumble to kill a 2nd half scoring opportunity were poorly timed and to me were key plays in that game. He and JJ got open, caught some balls but not much in the way ot YAC last night. Thos guys got beat up pretty good.

I liked what I saw from Dieter. Kid could be a force as he physically matures.
