If skills are lacking, remember we recruited them to play, to be students and become future alums. Again, they are not pro's. As college fans, we need success, but trashing college students is not cool. Building character is one of the objectives of attending college and this is a teachable moment for everyone, especially the student-athletes.

There is a big difference in how we should express ourselves vs. a coach, who is inside and is teaching, coaching and leading. Developing young men (and women), who attend our university, is part of the mission. That is not true for the Dallas Cowboys.

This topic is on JJ's demeanor so I made a comment about it. The way he treats his players is not the reason why we're in a hole. However, for JJ, it is symptomatic of his overall minimalist effort when it comes down to recruiting and his apparent stubbornness and inflexibility of understanding when he has to change plays/calls and have specific game strategies for each opponent.
