What suggestions do you have to solve the problem?

I don't know if this question was aimed at me or not but my $0.02:
1. Much more marketing (online, print, radio, TV, etc.)
2. Increased visibility (coach/player appearances at local schools, community events, etc.)
3. Re-examine ticket pricing structure (I understand the goal but charging $95 for the A&M game was a mis-calculation of the market and SMU's relative standing)

...whereas UT you are essentially coerce to being a fan there.

Now that sounds interesting. How do they coerce fans? Do other schools use the same tactics?

No num nut. I'm saying being in Austin the city and its surrounding area, the culture coerces you to being a fan. 1) what other team can you watch 2) nobody cares to talk about any other team than the one that represents the city. That is what I'm try to say.
