They made a disastrous coaching hire who brought in a disastrous coaching staff. The guy they brought in for strength and conditioning spent the last 10 years in the real estate business. Selling houses, not development, and certainly not in football.

our OC is only our OC because he was our QB's high school coach. it turns out that our first attempt at OC, ricky bustle, has "substance abuse" issues, and bailed out before spring games even started.

so, when you are a high school coach, a QB draw is always a good idea.
