Paint me to be what ever supporter you want, but looking at one side of the equation to determine who's going to win, hardly qualifies as accurate.

If yards were everything, then we should have lost to SFA (466-328) and Houston (560-384).

Here's hoping we beat Rice, because we win, not just because we have more yards.

Some a few cases yards do not mean a lot but in the majority they do. See Baylor, aTm, UCF, etc. In general that is not a good stat.

Rice has been our fright-fest house of horrors for years. We gotta go in pumped up and ready to roll some heads. I guarantee Rice players are gonna be stoked, as will the dozens in attendance.
