Loved the Birmingham game. I would love to go back. I doubt the kids would but it was a great time and a very hospitable city.

I would love Dallas as its an easy trip and I can relive the good ole days. And show off my alma mater to my kids.

The campus has the Xmas lights up and it beautiful then.

NOLA would be a nice treat for a fan. Given we are not high on CUSA love meter and the eastern bowl will be filled by ECU and UCF, I think there is a good chance we could end up here.

Washington DC is a bit far and I probably couldn't make it.

Memphis is out and probably St. Petersburg (ECU will got here more than likely).

Still, I can brag about going bowling while the Beloved Razorbacks' fans around me whine about the officiating, coaching and how they will be great next year.

Just one question for you, do you support SMU or just June Jones? Answer that honestly and we can continue from that point.

Nice response Treadway. Notice JonesDoe's silence? it speaks volumes.

JonesDoe is clearly JJ's kid. only way to explain his ridiculous posts that praise June and bash SMU.

Socal, thanks. I really don't want to be [deleted] anybody (including JonesDoe), but really get tired of our fans getting bashed. We all have put up with a lot over the years. There is a reason there is not many of us left.

Precisely. It's not like Rice and Tulane have more fan/administration/financial support/recruiting appeal than SMU, but somehow, we still lost to them. That is not the fans' fault.

I so appreciated Larry Brown after the first game actually PRAISING the fans that were there and the atmosphere they created. He didn't whine about the fans that weren't there, or whine about how supportive the ones that were there were (although, frankly, he could have since there is a lot of room for improvement). I have said all along that [deleted]!ing publically (and to the team itself?) about fan support (1) doesn't guilt the ones who don't show up to show up, (2) alienates and diminishes the enthusiasm off those of us loyal ones who are there NO MATTER WHAT (except when it requires at least a $5000 investment OR leaving young children behind ON CHRISTMAS), and (3) invites the media to discuss lackluster fan support in every article discussing the modicum of success Jones has achieved. So what is the point exactly of complaining like Jones has?

Travelling for the game just gives it more of a bowl game feel. I thought Birmingham was awesome last year and was a way better experience to go to than the Armed Forces Bowl.

I would probably not be able to make Hawaii, but a matchup against Boise State would be fun to see.
