When they took Peruna last time, a waiver was signed letting Fedex the option to put down Peruna if it went nuts. The new Peruna is nuts, and probably should not go. I believe it was $20k and Peruna had to go through quarantine at the end. A donor did come through last ime for the band to go. When Notre Dame went last time, they sent the band uniforms and everyon watched the natives in the ND unifroms play the fight song.

Just have to say that the current band is completely spoiled. None of them have never NOT gone to a bowl game.

But that's a good thing. Just makes me jealous. The one and only bowl game I went to as a band member was a grad-student member of the DUKE band for goodness sakes.

Call Rent-A-Mascot of Honolulu for a black shetland and dress it in Peruna's horse blanket-of-the-day. Send the handlers, though. Don't need any natives in grass skirts runnin' with Faux Peruna.

The Band found out yesterday that no one ponied up for the trip, so only 1/2 will get to go.
