I feel that football and politics should never mix but Alumni fired the first shot. This was intended to be a thread where we all point and laugh at NTSU and their imaginary rivalry with SMU.

Our recruiting class= High 3 star guys with many BCS offers + the #1 kicker in the nation

Our visitors this upcoming weekend= Nation's top JUCO DT with 50 offers and a 4 star cornerback with many offers

SMU's recruiting class= Mostly guys with FCS offers

SMU's visitors this upcoming weekend= Who cares.


Our basketball is also superior to SMU but they'll face off twice this spring so time will tell.

So, your claim of potential is more valid than the tact we beat you handily this year?

Please don't make me die laughing if you say marriage is a right. I never said I hated them. I think their life choice is sinful along with a lot of other various immoral lifestyles. I never was against interracial marriage, how that was banned Bback then is beyond me. For you though, just make sure not fall in hypocritical scenario when NAMBLA is asking for the same "humane" treatment as homosexuals are apparently claiming. Responses to what I bolded.

1. So you think less of them because of your religious beliefs...okay then.
2. It was illegal back then because of rich, racist, bigoted conservatives. It was considered "immoral","unconstitutional" and many of the same arguments you use against same-sex marriage.
3. NAMBLA? Really NAMBLA? I can't believe I'm even acknowledging that comment but pedophilia and same-sex marriage are two totally different things and are apples to oranges.

4. Cougar High is also a racial term according to elder Coogs. Aggy came up with it because UH allowed black people and other minorities to attend and according to them, "Blacks aren't smart enough to attend a university so it MUST be a high school." Then again, SMU did come up with the term [deleted], so I'm not surprised.

Cougar High is not the least bit racist - unless you are one of those sad people who blame their own shortcomings on phantom racism that they see around every corner. it stems from the perception held by everyone that UH delivers an education roughly equivalent to a high school - an opinion which is supported by the facts - you average SAT for entering freshman is embarrassing and i think your rank is something like number 250. Very poor. Hopefully the city of Houston will start putting some resources in your school since a city of that size deserves more then a very small very good school (Rice) and a medium size very poor school (UH).
