Fluff, no ADs put real answers in pieces like this. These things are a way to build up some goodwill and let people who aren't vital donors feel like they matter.

I think it's a great strategic move. Seeing the AD go "Rah rah go team go" will get a lot of people that like that stuff fired up and Hart doesn't actually have to say anything important to elicit a positive response.
