But we're still in a conference with Tulane
We've moved from the Stone Age to the Iron Age. I don't argue he's improved us but we need a coach to get us to the Modern Age. We need a coach that's not just collecting a 2.2 million dollar check for 500,000 dollars worth of effort. We need a coach that gives a damn about school traditions. We need a coach that won't tuck his tail and run right off the field no matter which team defeats us. We need a coach that isn't reluctant to wear our school colors.
I could go on but I'm gonna get the dreaded TL;DR replies already.

It's easy to moan about Tulane but it should be remembered that they were pretty good a few years ago, certainly better than we have ever been post DP.
This year we lost to a bad Tulane team and we can all point fingers various ways for that, but they may not always be that bad. And who doesn't love bi-anual trips to N

They were good 15 years ago and it lasted 1 season, not exactly worth taking on for a biennial trip to New Orleans (which few SMU fans ever take advantage of judging from the look of those crowds over the years).

Bull..
Good crowds in NO the last two times there. Its a big stadium but SMU showed well and out numbered the Tulane fans.
