Really? Have you been following college football this season?
Just off the top of my head:
Florida @ Miami and vs. FSU
Bama vs VT (neutral site)
LSU vs TCU (neutral site)
Ole Miss @ Texas
Georgia @ Clemson
Tennessee @ Oregon
And Texas A&M would play Texas if DeLoss Dodds wasn't such a child

The big winner this weekend was the Big XII. All the ranked Big XII teams moved up. Some like Baylor made a huge move.
The AAC took a huge hit with its one ranked team loss.

At least UCF got into the top 25. Hopefully they are still there when we beat them.

Well if no one has ever heard of him, he's probably an SMU commit. Glad he sent in his VHS tape.

A quote from one of my pre-season football magazines (I think it was Athlons) said that Arky was going to have problems this year because of a lack of recruiting. I think there were some questions about Petrino's ability to recruit, and certainly there were issues when Smith was in charge - their recruiting has been screwed up for over two years now. I believe Beliema is doing better, but you're right - they have been a non-factor not only in Texas but even in their own state, relatively speaking.

Beliema has addressed recruiting in Texas and it is a high priority. And you are going to see a lot of good Texas athletes going to Arkansas because his crew knows how to do it.
Jack Didally has grade issues.

the SEC regular season games are murderers row. Why would they schedule tough out of conference? that would be stupid.

SEC teams aren't avoiding big OOC games more than other teams in other P5 conferences. The lack of a premiere OOC game might cost Baylor a shot at a national title this year

Also these games are scheduled years out- SCar playing UNC isn't exactly ducking and they also play Clemson every year. Not to mention UCF actually looks solid this year and is ranked now.
Tennessee is going to play like eight ranked teams this year- 7 in conference + ORegon out of conference, to give you an idea of how insane the SEC schedule is.

These schedules will change, they are already working on it.
