yeah I think Midlothian had a poor senior season-but he was highly ranked and committed to Tennessee very early. National position ranking among quarterbacks: No. 25 by Rivals.com, No. 35 by Scout.com and No. 54 by ESPN.com. It might be more accurate to say he was highly ranked rather than highly recruited but he shut down recruiting so early when he committed to Tennessee in early June. I had forgotten too he had a concussion and MCL injury his Senior year. He also had some good offers like Nebraska and Virginia Tech. He definitely wasn't under the radar and resume was better thn the guy we took Kyle Padron who only started 3 or so games in his high school career
