NOT DEFENDING JONES' RECRUITING. But one thing that may make sense to consider is JJ is often a "leading indicator" recruiter with his recruits picking up offers after they've been offered by SMU. So just because some don't have offers now, doesn't mean they shouldn't and won't eventually.

no he isn't-you just follow SMU recruiting
he maybe a leading indicator for NTSU and Houston Baptist.
In fact, only a few of his recruits received BCS offers-can you name any that got BCS offers are June lead the way? Makes me laugh just thinking about June leading the way in recruiting

What about Brian Cramer, the kid the played mostly JV his junior year and did not even make all district anything his senior year. Did he get another FBS offer?
