You are the one that said it's time to raise expectations. So if he does not meet your expectations what do you do to him?

KF is not living up to expectations...yet. He had a small burst against UConn which shows the potential but 0-5 in the biggest game yet is not meeting expectations. Anyone watching the games can see that. There is a reason everyone yelled "Keiiittttthhhhhh" at moody, because expectations are high!!!!

Okay, fine but what do you do to him when he doesn't meet expectations?

Nothing he is a true freshman, he will continue to grow. The hope is he starts to find himself at this level towards the end of the year. I would just to like start seeing these burst more often. However 0-5 and several awful defensive breakdowns is not living up to expectations.

Well said bsturman. Thank you for your honest post and opinion. Speaking for myself, no one has the answer, wish I did. Only thing that I have mentioned before is that I wish that Keith would take the ball to the basket more often. Good things can happen if he attacks the basket. Assists, Buckets, Dunks, And Ones, Free Throws. Just hoping that Coach Brown can help Mr. Frazier find his game (soon). Pony Up!

Wait, first you were talking about fans needing to raise expectations, now you seem to have switched to implying that he is not currently meeting expectations. These are two very different things. I agree that he is not meeting the expectations I had for him coming into the season, which were not through the roof to begin with. I think that might be generally true for a lot of people.
So if he is not currently meeting expectations then why do fans "need" to raise our expectations? What is it you think that will accomplish?
Help me understand your logic. He is performing below expectation so we need to raise expectations so that... ?

Yes KF plays too quickly and tries to rush his shots. Yes he has had defensive breakdowns (not rotating, bad PnR defense), but he has played in less than 15 collegiate games. Time, effort and coaching should fix these lapses. Gotta be patient with him as well as the other freshmen. (Sterling got ROASTED by Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke Hancock on Sunday). It happens.

With that said, I love KF's effort and energy. He's always jumping around and seems to be a good teammate on the bench. (Good) Chemistry goes a long way.
