Medium is not too long. Cold bloody steak is just mush

Absolutely. Dunston's is classic.Junior wrote:I've never actually been to Dunston's. Is it something I should experience once?
yes!Pony ^ wrote:Although it's Mexican cuisine, the Filet Cantin Flas is great at Javier's
Yes, but you have to sit in the way back. It's like Loon drinks with Tom Thumb quality steaks and Peggy Sue's salad bar.Junior wrote:I've never actually been to Dunston's. Is it something I should experience once?
Best croutons and canned beets in town.East Coast Mustang wrote:Dunston's rocks. You've gotta hit up the salad bar
If you sit in the front you just don't know what you're doing. Also if you enter via the front door instead of by the bathrooms.2ndandlong wrote:Yes, but you have to sit in the way back. I am a huge fan.
Now that is blasphemy. I have had some NY Italians at Campisi's and there comment for the style of food it is very good. If you are wanting some of the more elaborate Italian dishes no, but how can you go wrong with Crab Claws, Joes Toast, side salad and your pick of lasagna, spaghetti and meatball or even the Italian steak.BigT3x wrote:I guess I shouldn't say gross... it's just a Dunston's level steak at a much higher price.Junior wrote:gross? It's like Campisi's. I'm sure it was the best around when Dallas was a much smaller town, but nowadays why would anyone eat there?
