I had my TV turned up all the way and it didn't seem very loud until the last 90 tics.

Yeah. It seemed that way to me watching as well. Seemed quieter. I guess you really have to be there.

Harry check harner's instagram. captures the volume pretty well
I watched the game when I got home and it didn't hold a candle to what it was really like. That place was Cincy X10. I'm not sure it can get any louder than what it was. I would love to see a DB reading.

Agree. I think it was louder. One heck of a game and the crowd really does lift the team when they need it and vice versa.

Reading this thread is just making my heart absolutely break that I wasn't there to experience it... obsessively refreshing Twitter during class just isn't the same as having my eardrums blown out and tasting blood from screaming so loud. I miss Moody already.

Yea the noise din't come through the broadcast except that you could tell that everyone in the stadium was excited. I think ESPN had to mess with the noise as you could literally not speak to the person next to you last night.

Agreed.
Felt like ESPN really turned the crowd noise down for whatever reason. Even in the first half, it sounded way more quiet than it actually was.
They had to have turned down the volume through the broadcast truck. Like Harry, had the TV and speakers all the way up, and it just didn't *sound* loud. Which is too bad, really. I like John and Fran, but for the last 30 seconds, just turn the volume up guys.
