I remember discussing on these boards about a decade ago how important it was to change our transfer restrictions because a lot of teams that collect mature experienced JUCOs and Division 1A transfers in the upper classes were winning all the championships. I realize that's not necessarily the truth at the elite national level but this will be the most experienced mature team in SMU History. Let's test the theory. If it happens SMU will have played the transfer game better than any program in the country. Quite a change in philosophy at SMU
