Got mine but it took me about 2 days to figure out how to undo those snappy thingies. They really need to send instructions with such complex packaging.

The good news is I repackaged a 'Beloved Razorback' gift inside and gave it to a Beloved Razorback fan. I told him if he could open it, he could have the splendid gift inside. Two weeks later he is still struggling with the snappy thingies. This is so cool.

Nice work by the ticket office, well done! The "Season Ticket Holder" is a little obnoxious but oh well.
