Being serious, if you are a recent alumni and you are throwing your school under the bus then you never had a school to begin with. These may be tough times but that does not equal time for excuses or anything else. We are needed more than ever. When the going got tough, Beasley got the [deleted] out. Can't imagine how he will respond when the Cowboys get a slot receiver of substance.

Why does everyone/everything JJ touched seem to be so ungrateful for SMU? Is JJ's cult of personality that strong? It's unreal.

We know that is right. Not to mention it is the only reason he is in the NFL.

Aren't we just seeing a different forum where a different generation expresses their frustration over the Football program. Most every SMU fans has expressed similar frustration somewhere including questioning the commitment of various SMU employees. Let's not get too excited about people venting after 56-0

June was the one that offered him the scholarship. SMU just went along with June. That is with any college coach and player. So I guess they honor the individual that offered the scholarship not the institution.

Yes, but June honored his scholarship. As I remember June did not honor a Bennett commitment to SMU by a Tyler Lee kid.
