Someone else thinks SMU should be in the Big 12

The winning game over Vandy at Ownby was before 1990 I believe. Most perfect game we ever played. Fumbled on our first drive and scored on every other drive. Never punted. Something like 30-0. Then proceeded to lose the next 10.

We beat Arkansas 3 times-Cavan beat them 31-7 in Sheveport too

opps we beat Arkansas 4 times -92 and 96 in Arkansas-then 97 in Shreveport 31-6 and also in the Cotton Bowl in 95

The edict given to Houston Nutt when he was hired was to beat SMU. He did and they quit playing us.

Not much football in 1988. The two games against Vanderbilt where in 1990 & 1991. We played them twice in the 1930's as well and are 2-2 in the games against them.
