I have no problem with that particular committee. Only deal is that the WDNWHA Committee ruled on Virgil quite awhile ago. But as always we do not reveal our findings until the player announces their decision in respect for their position.

Was this before or after The Chad was hired?

He never was brought before our committee prior to the Chad hire. That meant he was automatically NWA. After Chad a new submission was brought before the committee.
