if SMU wants to play big time hoops and has only 7000 seats in Moody, just be prepared to Pony Up for the best seats in the house...but remember this...there really isn't a BAD seat in the place

Im back row on the wall in the corner. and honestly it's still a great view of the court. The only thing that is annoying is that there is a support bar on the ceiling that blocks the top third of the jumbotron, but its a good view.

Then why the need to reseat? If this is a satisfactory answer for those that are being moved, it works both ways, it's a satisfactory answer to the big time donors as well.

The rich alumni who can afford to buy tickets and give big donations probably will not show for the smaller games. Lots of empties last night and the red seats have always been an issue in the past.
Hope greed doesn't cost us anymore of our home court advantage.
