Hard to argue wo baylor being the best in tx right now in terms of the two key revenue sports. Having said that I do believe we have a better basketball team and program with LB. And having to live in baylor for 4 years must be a real drag. Baylor is a better school than tcu but between the two academically speaking and the location of Baylor...yikes. No offense.

Did you go to SMU?
Yes I did. As did my father. But when you live less than three quarters of a mile from campus, your kids probably have other ideas. He chose well in Baylor. Good school. Great athletics.

I grew up close to SMU and did not mind not going far, but it is not for everyone. I know children of some great SMU alumni that chose to go to other schools.
#smualumsunitedagainstfellowalumsallowingtheirchildrentogotobaylortcutexas. Rice is ok.
I don't care where you live - 1000 miles or 1 block. I'm questioning the sanity of letting your child attend Baylor or TCU or Texas (in that order). Certainly your right, just my opinion.
Oh no! I think Incarnate Word is going to drop out of the top 10. They fall to Texas A&M-CC, 71-70. The Cardinals find out it ain't easy being the hunted.
