I'm too old to understand all of these creatures you keep throwing at me. Please give me some names so I can at least google these strange and wonderful aliens.

WTF? If you came on here to complain about anything --- ANYTHING --- after last night, you have got to be just a miserable person to be around. You're like the queen of the Debbie Downers. Did a band person steal your girlfriend in college or something? Are you getting royalties for every 7NA playing?
Last night was AWESOME. You [deleted] about YMCA, but did you look at the effing student section? They were ALL participating.
I loved the students singing 7NA on their own instead of playing it.

DiamondM check your pms. And I agree I thought the band was good last night. Absolutely nothing to complain about last night.

Definitely. I was hoping it would remain in the rotation after 70s night since the students pretty much fully participate. Glad it is still there.

Believe me I loved so, so much about last night. But apparently people here have trouble reading. My beef with YMCA was primarily about timing (right after we made a nice run and people were loud and excited) and version (Village People > band for that particular song). Please spare me the Debbie Downer mess. I am not the Chicken Little type always looking for the sky to fall on SMU

Last night was great, but it still sucked as far as the DJ work went. Band should play three times (beginning- halftime- end of game). When music was played at timeouts it disn't seem as loud as last year. Really no comparison. Why they continue to get this wrong is beyond frustrating. 7NA should have been played several times. When YMCA gets more play Times than 7NA you have a problem.

Students did get in to YMCA so as cheesy as it is, not sure it was the big problem as far as the band music went. Other selections were far flatter.
Band needs to be louder in a big environment with a music selection the students relate to. If DJ won't play 7NA, why doesn't the band do it?

Had
multiple complaints via GuestAssist last night that the music was TOO loud, including one that said we were damaging children's ears. It's a delicate balance. If you think it's too low, let us know via GuestAssist as well. Right now, all we hear at the game is that it's too loud.

Tell them to hide their children. It will only get louder.

Two free ear plugs with every juice box! Everyone knows that every drug store sells bags of ear plugs for loud rock concerts and Moody Coliseum.

First time I have ever heard of complaints by the home team of the noise being too loud. We definitely need to weed out some and replace them with fans.

And also make sure everyone on here knows how to contact guest assist and let them know it is not loud enough.
