As much as I'd love for my seats to be closer, I agree with this 100%.
So are we all getting our tickets (those of us that purchased through SMU) at will call? Did I tick a box? I have no information except the email saying that they filled my order.

I think all allotment tickets are will call only, but I'm not 100% sure.

I also notice that I was charged $200 by SMU but I only ordered one ticket. Can anyone explain this?
Of course I look at the receipt I got when I placed the order and it is totally unclear so perhaps I accidentally hit 2, in which case I have a spare ticket if anyone would like to buy a seat in the SMU section.
