Hurley is a good coach.
Top 1% good? Not yet, not by a long shot. Maybe someday but not yet. Again, 1 year with Coach Brown is better than 4 with 99% percent of any current active coach.
Apparently he did not see it your way. And since we have only gotten one commit when we have five scholarships to give there must be some others that do not see it your way either.

Very true SMU 86 I guess we will see how it all plays out. Still stand by my comment. I also think there are bigger fish in the sea. Never doubt the Godfather.
FWIW (nothing), I heard this is the week that the sanctions will be announced. I don't have any ideas what the infractions are so no idea how severe they will end up being, but I can't believe they could even approach anything Syracuse was hit with. Syracuse was tagged with infractions over something like a 9 year span and I don't know that they were totally cooperative along the way and the only reason they had a post season ban was because they self imposed it. Boeheim's suspension of nine games for 9 years of cheating seems lite to me but if we see any kind of suspension or post season ban from anything we've done then it is an utter sham. They were hit pretty hard with scholarship restrictions--I don't know what we should expect there.
If it is announced this week, it should make for interesting reunion party conversation next week. Ahhh, remember the good old days....
