What would we think if we were told we would be averaging about 34 points per game compared to what 6 points per game last year. Coach Morris has put his brand of football on this team in the first month of the season. That was Goal No. 1 for this season. A winning record and a bowl game was really never what this season was about. That's why we over-recruited on offense because of the huge transition from Run N Shoot to a spread offense. We needed taller, stronger WRs, faster RBs, drive blockers not pass blockers, and to fill new TE/FB/Utility Back position. Morris has done a great job to get that done in about 6 weeks of recruiting and 4 games. To accomplish that he had to over-recruit on offensive last year-this year he has over-recruited on defense to compensate

You're definitely right. I think everyone just jumped the gun with the good game against baylor and then the close one against tcu. That being said, who in the world decided to call james Madison for a homecoming game? Everyone knows you're supposed to WIN homecoming and you schedule accordingly.

Looks like Stallion is right in that we recruited offense last year and it seems we are recruitng defense this year. That's good.

You cannot schedule a cupcake when you are a cupcake.

Doesn't have to be a cupcake, just not a championship contender at the level beneath you.
