Leave the NCAA. Start a professional college league limited to 40 or so schools. Attract the best players. Profit.

I am sure we will appeal and hopefully can drag this out past this season. UCF's football team did this a couple of years ago. They had a bowl ban and appealed and got to play in a bowl.
