footballdad still thinks Morris was a bad hire for SMU. He will be back the next time this team loses

Actually I drove but I did get a hotel room for free due to multiple stays.

As well as put to bed the notion that we hire younger coaches for recruiting and traded off experience to better coach the team. We have coaches that are good at recruiting and good at coaching.

I would think SMU played about as good as they could. I can't think of more than a couple of minor mistakes all night. That must have been about as well coached a game as you can get. All of the coaches need to be recognized for their contributions and Coach Morris for putting it all together on and off of the field.
