Yes, but admittedly there is literally nothing else to do in Waco. Except for maybe the Dr Pepper museum.
Chad and family have lived in Tulsa and in Clemson. I can assure you there is less to do in Clemson than in Waco. Maybe...just maybe, they aren't all about the "big city". It's not for everybody.
Ummm, not correct on the Clemson vs Waco information.
Greenville SC is 30 minutes from Clemson, and that metro area (where I work) is 10 times bigger than Waco (1.4M pop vs 220k pop). Greenville boasts corporate HQ for BMW, Michelin, 3M, TD Bank, Hubbell as well as multiple public and private universities (Furman, Wofford, Clemson).
Waco is a craphole who's biggest tourist attraction is an HDTV couple's business. Think about that.

1) Home of crazed, violent, religious zealots who defied authority. 2) The Branch Davidians were there too. 3) Good prices on used Harleys, some with "hail" damage. 4) At least it is not College Station, oh snap. 5) Located in a town with respected institution of higher learning; McLennan Community College.
