I agree. I do not think we are dead yet.
This!
I've maintained all along that we don't hit our stride until February. Let's hope we can stay healthy and not burn out the starters. It's weird: The NCAA tourney ban is like a smack in the chops but the scholarship restrictions are the silent killer.
So who would we have recruited. Remember we lost Kapita and another player. We could have replaced them them. Charlie Moore rwent with Cal over SMU. Who could we have replaced them with?

I didn't say high priced assistants but you can get some good assistants and save money imo. Anyway I hope we get Montgomery.
Spend more on assistants is what you said, there are good assistants that are cheap (see Craddock & Stepp) so what you get for $$$ is higher priced ones. I like Montgomery or Meacham
Someone please help me understand Coach Van Malone's Tweet. Is he just stating the obvious here that HCCM is gone and his future at SMU is uncertain. Of course all we can do is move forward, but to be honest I find the timing of his tweet is odd.

Maybe he's hurt and lashing out at the BS statements CM has been making recently.

....and we all know:
ΓÇôIf it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
