yep, I pretty much agree, a nice raise at SMU or a bigger raise at Baylor.
If those reprobates in Waco want to pay him insane money he should look. I think it shows how much he really does not want to go there if he does not jump at $4.9 mil. If bu was a dream job even money would get most coaches to jump ship. I think it shows in what a horrible situation that program is in. They can't even get a G5 coach with a losing record and 2 years of head coaching experience to take their money. I'm happy to keep HCCM. He can use this experience as a recruiting tool for us and hold out for a good P5 job. bu better be looking at some FCS coaches soon if they want to avoid a lazy Hawaiian recruiting class fiasco.
